Why do we need gingers during the summer?

Ginger tastes spicy and is hot in nature. Some may think it is only appropriate to use during the cold. However, those who favour it during the cold actually need more during the hot damp summer.

Our heat energy, the Yang energy is floated to the surface level of our body during summer and vice versa in the winter. That means our internal is lack of Yang energy in the summer, therefore ginger can help to replenish the internal heat energy and obtain a more balanced energy state.

If you experienced cold hands and feet during winter and you are in the office all the time, without sufficient exercise. Ginger is your best friend all year long.
