Return And Cancel Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all physical products sold by Shaun's Zen TCM. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, you may request a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • The product must remain in its original condition, unused, with packaging, labels, accessories, and all original materials intact.

  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Late requests may not be accepted.

  • Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (such as size, style, or color) may require the customer to cover the return shipping costs.

3. Return and Exchange Process

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer support team via Whatsapp or Wechat, providing your order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant product photos.

  • Application Review: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  • Product Return: If your request is approved, please follow the instructions provided to return the product.

  • Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

  • Refund/Exchange Processing: If the item meets the return conditions, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment account.

4. Special Cases

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, Shaun's Zen TCM will cover the return shipping costs.

  • This return and exchange policy does not apply to products that have been used and are returned due to personal dissatisfaction rather than quality issues.
