By accessing or using shaunszentcm.ca (the "Website") or booking services with Shaun's Zen TCM & Acupuncture Holistic Health Clinic ("Shaun's Zen," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Shaun's Zen provides Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture, and related wellness services, as well as wellness products sold through our online shop. Content on this Website — including blog posts, treatment descriptions, and general wellness information — is provided for general informational purposes only.

Information on this Website is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an individualized assessment and treatment plan from a qualified healthcare professional. Treatment recommendations are provided only following a consultation with one of our registered practitioners. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or make a purchase through our Website. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments are booked through our online booking platform, Jane App.We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
5. Payments
Fees for services and products are as posted on our Website or communicated to you at the time of booking, and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Jane App and its payment processor. Direct billing to insurance is available for select services where applicable; you remain responsible for any portion not covered by your insurer.
6. Products and Returns
Products purchased through our online shop are governed by our Return and Cancel Policy.
7. Wellness Journey Program
Our Wellness Journey program rewards clients who visit regularly with discounts and product credits, as described on our What & How We Treat page. Wellness Journey is not a subscription and does not involve automatic recurring billing. Benefit tiers and terms may change from time to time; current terms are posted on our Website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Shaun's Zen or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Website by others.
10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Agreement limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability governed by the professional standards of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
