Your body is telling you how much water it needs!

How much water shall I drink per day? 8 glasses of water? 1500cc? 2000cc? or is there a calculation base off my weight and my activities?

The answer is actually quite simple. “Listen to your body”.

Your body will tell you when and how much water you need. All you have to do is know the signs. The first sign is feeling the craving for water and how your body feels after drinking water. For those who have lower efficiency in water metabolization, you will feel bloated after drink too much water.

That is the sign your body is telling you to slow down in water intake.  The second sign is the color of urine.  A normal color is light yellow. It is a result of in body distillation. The Yang energy is like a heat source or a flame in our body. It heats the water and performs distillation.

If we have lower Yang energy and too much water intake, the heat source is not strong enough to complete a proper distillation so the water will come out of our body the same color as it comes in more frequently. This is a sign of too much water intake. In long term, it can harm your Yang energy and in body water circulation. In conclusion, let your body tell you how much water you need, not anyone else.
