Facial acupuncture supports skin health by working both locally and internally. Fine needles are used to encourage circulation, release tension, and support the body’s overall balance — helping the face look more refreshed from within.

Chinese medicine prescriptions are customized based on your body’s condition, constitution, and health goals. They may include herbs and other traditional medicinal ingredients to support internal balance, digestion, sleep, energy, hormones, recovery, and more.

Cupping uses gentle suction to support circulation, release muscle tension, and help move stagnation in the body. It is often used for tightness, soreness, fatigue, and areas where the body feels heavy or restricted.

Moxibustion uses gentle heat from burning mugwort near specific points of the body. It helps warm and support Yang Qi, encourage circulation, and is often used when the body needs warmth, movement, and deeper nourishment.
