REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST (RMT)
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Type: 12-month contract with 3 months of probation period
Location: In-clinic
Pay: $80.00–$100.00 per hour, rate varies based on experience and level of collaboration.
Additional pay: Commission pay or Tips
Schedule: Fully flexible (set around your bookings). Most staff work ~3 days/week and choose to overlap with teammates for front desk/billing support.
Perks: Autonomy over your own calendar, on-site parking, multidisciplinary environment, front-desk and billing support available on overlap days
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Licence/Certification: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — current Full Licence with CCHPBC
Interview: Required
Your Duties:
Perform deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, and acupressure therapies
Assess clients' needs and preferences to customize massage sessions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment (table and linens are provided)
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Keep accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
What You Bring:
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively
A collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working alongside TCM practitioners and other team members to support shared client care
A commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops or additional training
Nice to Have:
Mandarin fluency (or conversational Mandarin)
Knowledge of medical terminology
A background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) massage
FRONT DESK 前台（中英文流利）

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
This role will contribute to visual design across Shaun’s Zen. Your work goes beyond simply making things look good—you’ll help translate our ideas, content, and brand personality into visual experiences that feel clear, thoughtful, and cohesive.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about design and aesthetics, takes pride in the quality of their work, and brings a creative point of view to the table. You should be comfortable working within an established brand direction while also bringing your own visual judgment and design thinking to how ideas are communicated.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Type: 1-year part-time contract (with 3-month probation)
Location: Hybrid (primarily remote, with occasional in-clinic meetings)
Schedule: 3 days/week, 8 hours/day (24 hours/week total). Hours are flexible and largely self-scheduled, with availability for team meetings or occasional in-person needs as required
Reports To: Marketing Lead
Interview: Required
Portfolio: Required. We welcome websites, PDFs, Behance profiles, social media accounts, or any other format that best represents your work. We’re interested in seeing more than software proficiency. Your portfolio should help us understand your visual judgment, design thinking, and how you approach different communication needs through design.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour, based on experience

Requirements:
Language: Bilingual in Chinese and English, with fluent reading and writing ability
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant design experience; flexible for candidates with an exceptional portfolio
Software Skills: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design tools
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design social media content (static posts and carousels), approximately 2–3 posts per week, and assist with publishing
Create cover artwork and visual assets for podcasts, YouTube, and other digital content
Design e-books, brochures, guides, and other brand and marketing materials
Contribute to physical print materials as needed; previous print design experience is a plus
Maintain a consistent visual identity and level of design quality across different platforms and brand materials
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate ideas and copy into clear, effective visual communication
Bring your own design judgment to the work and proactively suggest ways to strengthen the visual execution while staying within the established brand direction
What You Bring
A genuine interest in design and aesthetics, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for the quality and finish of your work
Good communication skills and the ability to understand and apply creative direction and team feedback
The confidence to contribute your own perspective and design ideas while remaining open to feedback
Strong self-management and time-management skills, with the ability to organize your workload and deliver reliably

PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER
We’re looking for a self-directed visual storyteller with strong ideas and follow-through to turn Shaun’s Zen’s day-to-day work and brand story into photo and video content. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, take real ownership of your work, and have a genuine interest in health and wellness, this role gives you real room to run with it.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Type: 1-year part-time contract
Location: Hybrid (on-site shooting required at the clinic or other locations; editing and post-production can be done remotely)
Schedule: 3 days/week, 8 hours/day (24 hours/week total)
Interview: Required
Portfolio: Required. We’re especially interested in the style and quality of the video and photo work you’ve shot and edited.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $26–32/hour, depending on skills, portfolio, and experience
Role-Specific Perks: Equipment and software subscriptions provided by the clinic
Requirements:
Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Experience: No fixed years of experience required. We place more weight on your portfolio, particularly the type and quality of video/photo work you’ve shot and edited
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Shoot photo and video on-site for the clinic’s daily operations, services, and select workshops
Handle lighting, filming, and editing for our podcast, covering both long-form episodes and short-form clips
Provide professional photography, including lighting, composition, and photo editing/retouching
Record and edit video content using both camera and phone
Deliver high-quality work in both photo and video — proficiency across both formats is required
Produce content ready for use on our website and social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Help plan shot lists and content direction in line with our brand and marketing needs
What You Bring:
